Robert Potts started working with the Independent Property Group in 1984 and immediately made his mark on Canberra’s real estate profession.

 

Between 1985 and 1991, he managed and led the Civic office - the highest performing real estate office in Canberra. Robert then pursued other interests in his life for a period, before returning in March 2001, joining Independent’s Belconnen office.

 

Robert became the branch manager of the Gungahlin Town Centre office in January 2003, where he again led the most successful sales office within the Independent Property Group.

 

Robert has now stepped down from management. His efforts are focused around servicing his many new and existing clients’ needs, whether this be buying or selling.

 

Robert’s ability and knowledge for selling large-scale residential developments are evidenced by his ever growing database of referral clients. Robert simply makes a habit of providing an un-paralleled level of customer service, with results to match.

 

It is not surprising that Robert has been awarded/achieved the following milestones over his most successful career:

 

Independent Property Group’s prestigious “Salesperson of the Year” award (10 times)

 

• In excess of 50 sales in one calendar month (twice)

• A total of over 1,300 properties sold in the Canberra region

• Over $200 million in property sold in the last 5 years
